Product spotlight on Riven from the Select collection

Here is a selection of mood board images that helped provide the inspiration for Riven.

Riven is a glazed porcelain wall and floor tile range available in four shades — the elegant pale tones of Portland White, Yorkstone and Granite City as well as the deep charcoal colour of Welsh Slate. Available in 600x300mm, it has a structured finish that creates a realistic stone texture.

The product was designed with the natural cut of slate in mind. As you can see on the mood board images at the bottom, the inspiration came from the cut of stone and slate. The designers looked at the shapes, lines and layers of the material as well as the tones and earthy colours. 

The Riven range was designed in a neutral palette to complement most design schemes. Suitable for hotels, leisure projects, coffee shops, residential spaces, restaurants and retail — it works beautifully to highlight traditional and rustic features, or as a contrast to modern interiors.
