Selwyn College

The beautiful Selwyn College postgraduate housing refurbishment has recently been completed with work on the detached buildings at 29 & 31 Grange Road and 1 Selwyn Gardens. The ensuites have been transformed using our Cambridge Classic White Matt 600x300mm wall tiles, to create a timeless, sleek and elegant aesthetic. The Cambridge tiles have a textured matt finish and desirable stone effect to bring a touch of natural inspiration.

Tiling was completed by JD Tiling Contractors, where Damian said ‘It was a pleasure to work with Johnson Tiles, I ordered a few samples, and the client loved the Cambridge tiles. I have previously dealt with Johnson’s on a few residential projects and never had any issues, this time was no exception. All the tiles were delivered on time with no issues. They offer great quality and what is most important - most of the tiles are in stock and can be delivered quickly when needed.’

The modern work carried out at the properties at Selwyn College has also included installing ground source heat pumps, underfloor heating and high-quality insulation to ensure that the properties are environmentally friendly. In addition to this, they have electric car chargers installed to encourage sustainable practices for guests too.
